In order to be able to offer you a training solution tailored to your needs, we meet with you for an initial discussion to jointly define the precise objectives of the intercultural training. We take time for this consultation because experience has shown us just how different the requirements and expectations of the participants and supervisors can be. This discussion already thoroughly covers the topics of needs assessment (e.g. by using avrami-TISCA), the training format (Blended Learning or presence training) and transfer following the training.
Choice of trainer/Expert
Once the assignment has been clarified we select the expert corresponding to your needs. The criteria for our trainer selection consist of the trainer’s professional experience, international training experience, extensive methodological expertise and intercultural skills. For management personnel training courses we also require that trainers have their own international management experience.
We work with our experts to develop a concept for the content and the methodological arrangement of your advanced training measure and appropriate transfer possibilities. Close coordination with you is highly beneficial during this phase, particularly with Blended Learning concepts.
Prior to preparing the final concept for your intercultural training we always conduct a precise needs assessment at the participants level. This assessment can be carried out by various methods (interview, questionnaires, avrami TISCA, etc.).
We adapt the concept on the basis of this analysis and the objectives defined together with you, select the appropriate methods, create the agenda and prepare the training material.
Our service includes clarification of the organisational framework conditions (training location, duration, number of participants, etc.) and the printing of the training materials. If you like we can also support your training administration with additional services.
The training is carried out either as presence training or in the Blended Learning format, depending on the concept. Training sessions are conducted over the agreed period of time on the dates you choose.
The sustainability of our training is very important to us, so we integrate the transfer factor into the entire course of the training.
During the training we reference the individual intercultural challenges of the participants, specifically encourage self-reflection and conduct exercises directly implementing what has been learned in practical situations.
We have experience with numerous options for the transfer of the newly acquired skills and knowledge after the training. These options take all of the framework conditions into account.
Performance assessment and further development
Our exchanges with you, the participants and the selected experts as well as written feedback from the participants give us a clear picture of how successful the training measure has been. You also receive important impulses for possible follow-up measures along with tips related to content or organisation for the further development of your training solutions.
