The tailored design of your training measures and the continuous development of training methods, evaluation tools and approaches are the central success factors of our work.

Assignment clarification/Consultation
We conduct skilled consultations with you to determine your specific training/change needs, precisely define your objectives and design your individually tailored training solution. We take time for this consultation because experience has demonstrated just how complex it can be to ascertain the exact focus of the advanced training measure.

Choice of trainer/Expert
Once the assignment has been clarified we select the expert corresponding to your needs. The criteria for our trainer selection consist of the trainer’s professional experience, international training experience, extensive methodological expertise, intercultural skills and experience in dealing with different training and personality analysis tools.

For leadership training we also require that trainers have their own international management experience.


Concept preparation

We work with our experts to develop a concept for the content and the methodological arrangement of your advanced training measure and appropriate transfer possibilities. Close coordination with you is highly beneficial during this phase, particularly with Blended Learning concepts.

We additionally align the training content with your corporate culture and the instruments and approaches already in use.


Needs assessment
Prior to preparing the final concept for your Leadership or Team Development training we always conduct a precise needs assessment at the participants level. This assessment can be carried out by various methods (interview, questionnaires, avrami TISCA, etc.).


Refined concept

We adapt the concept on the basis of this analysis and the objectives defined together with you, select the appropriate methods, create the agenda and prepare the training material.


Organisation
Our service includes clarification of the organisational framework conditions (training location, duration, number of participants, etc.) and the printing of the training materials. If you like we can also support your training administration with additional services.


Execution
The training is carried out either as presence training or in the Blended Learning format, depending on the concept. Training sessions are conducted over the agreed period of time on the dates you choose.


Transfer
The sustainability of our training is very important to us, so we integrate the transfer factor into the entire course of the training.
During the training we reference the individual intercultural challenges of the participants, specifically encourage self-reflection and conduct exercises directly implementing what has been learned in practical situations.
We have experience with numerous options for the transfer of the newly acquired skills and knowledge after the training. These options take all of the framework conditions into account.


Performance assessment and further development

Intensive structured discussions throughout the entire process and written feedback from the participants give us a very clear picture of how successful the measure has been. They additionally give us important impulses for the continuous further development of your training solutions.
