Training measures for employees from 52 nations
One of avrami business communication’s most loyal clients is a leading international telecommunications concern which took over a small, highly specialised software company in 2009 as part of an overall strategic reorientation. Within a period of three years the company recruited 500 new employees from all around the world, generating a massive boost in the number of employees. Today the company’s workforce features 52 different nationalities and the official company language is English.
This situation produced an acute need for advanced training in communication and personnel development. Employer branding and employee loyalty are very important to this company, so the issue of advanced training became a priority.
As the company’s advanced training partner in Germany for many years, avrami business communication was commissioned to develop and implement a concept for a comprehensive qualification programme.
The initial part of the programme involved offering all of the employees learning-oriented German courses in small groups as part of the onboarding process. The aim was to help employees quickly find their feet in day-to-day life in Germany.
With great enthusiasm avrami business communication then developed training concepts for all of the relevant soft skill topics. The avrami 3D Plus Model proved to be the optimum solution for this customer’s specific requirements, and the aspect of intercultural diversity was an integral component of every seminar.
Naturally, the training concept also included the company’s values and leading guidelines. Since 2011 we have enjoyed great success providing training that covers these 15 or so seminar themes. The training language is of course English.
